The Ark family restaurant, located in Riverside, Alabama, has proudly served their customers Heartland Catfish products for years.

The restaurant was recently featured on AL.com, where the current owners discuss the restaurant’s history, products and customers – some of which include famous NASCAR drivers visiting nearby Talladega Speedway.

The Ark’s catfish and shrimp are also included on the Alabama Tourism Department’s list of “100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die.” And for good reason – the restaurant “Is real picky about our catfish – we use nothing but U.S. farm-raised catfish.”
